1.  Peppermill	2125 Universal City Blvd, Right off of Pat Booker RD, 3 miles from the main gate. Apartments built in 1980s with access to a small gym (the treadmill at the gym has been broken for two months and management hasn't done anything about it) and pool.  Apartments are also very worn down.
